TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Standard Renewable Energy, L.P. (“SRE”), located at 55 Waugh, Suite 800, Houston, Texas 77007, is offering a discount on selected solar panel systems for a limited time only.

Not all purchasers of solar panel systems will qualify. IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE SRE Year-End Solar Event Discount (“Discount”), A CUSTOMER MUST PURCHASE A SOLAR PANEL SYSTEM OF A MINIMUM SIZE OF 2.0 kW FROM SRE BETWEEN NOVEMBER 3, 2009 AND DECEMBER 31, 2009 FOR INSTALLATION AT THEIR RESIDENCE OR FACILITY LOCATED IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA.  Eligible systems must use SRE Standard Panels, to be selected at SRE’s discretion, which include: Canadian Solar 180W, BP175W, and Suntech 175W and 200W.

This Discount is not applicable to any solar panel system purchased or under contract prior to November 3, 2009. In the event that a qualifying customer has been provided with a price quote by SRE for a solar panel system prior to November 3, 2009, SRE shall provide such customer with a new price quote in order for the customer to take advantage of the discount, upon the customer’s request.

The amount of the discount offered to customers, as provided in any SRE promotional materials, is an example only. Additional fees and costs may apply.  Customers shall receive a Discount of $3,000 off the total installed price of a solar panel system. The amount of the discount shall be deducted from the total selling price for the solar panel system purchased by a qualifying customer.

Customer residence or facility must be structurally suitable for the installation of solar panel system, as determined by SRE in its discretion. Customer must have rights to roof and right to provide SRE access thereto for purposes of installing solar panel system. Additionally, execution of a standard SRE Installation Agreement is required.

CUSTOMERS SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR APPLYING FOR AND CALCULATING THE AMOUNT OF ANY SOLAR POWER REBATES, INCENTIVES OR TAX CREDITS OFFERED BY CITY, STATE OR FEDERAL AUTHORITIES AND UTILITY PROVIDERS. ANY STATEMENTS MADE BY SRE IN CONNECTION WITH SOLAR POWER REBATES, INCENTIVES OR TAX CREDITS OFFERED BY A GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITY ARE FOR ILLUSTRATION PURPOSES ONLY AND ARE QUALIFIED IN THEIR ENTIRETY BY THE MORE DETAILED INFORMATION THAT A CUSTOMER CAN OBTAIN FROM THE GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITIES OFFERING SUCH REBATES AND TAX CREDITS.
