Standard Renewable Energy, L.P. (“SRE”), located at 1401 McKinney, Suite 900, Houston, Texas 77010, is offering an instant rebate on select solar panel system products for a limited time only. SRE reserves the right to select the type of equipment installed.

Not all purchasers of solar panel systems will qualify. IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE INSTANT REBATE, A CUSTOMER MUST PURCHASE A SOLAR PANEL SYSTEM OF A MINIMUM SIZE OF 1.4 kW FROM SRE BETWEEN JUNE 9, 2009 AND JULY 31, 2009 FOR INSTALLATION AT THEIR RESIDENCE LOCATED IN THE STATE OF TEXAS. SRE is offering this instant rebate to residential customers only; commercial customers may not participate in this instant rebate offer.

This instant rebate is not applicable to any purchase of a solar panel system made prior to June 9, 2009. In the event that a qualified customer has been provided with a price quote by SRE for a solar panel system prior to June 9, 2009, SRE shall provide such customer with a new price quote in order for the customer to take advantage of the instant rebate, upon the customer’s request.

The amount of the instant rebate offered to customers, as provided in any SRE promotional materials, is an estimate only. Additional fees and/or costs may apply. Customers shall receive the instant rebate in the form of a $2.00 per installed (DC) watt discount off of the purchase price of a solar panel system. The amount of the instant rebate shall be deducted from the total amount of the invoice for the solar panel system purchased by a qualifying customer. The instant rebate will not be provided to or mailed to customers in the form of cash or check after the customer’s purchase.

Customer residence must be structurally suitable for the installation of solar panel system. Customer must have rights to roof and right to provide SRE access thereto for purposes of installing solar panel system. Additionally, execution of a standard SRE Installation Agreement is required.

THE INSTANT REBATE OFFERED BY SRE IS NOT MADE IN CONJUNCTION WITH, WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF, OR WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF, ANY CITY, STATE OR FEDERAL AUTHORITY OR UTILITY PROVIDER. CUSTOMERS SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR APPLYING FOR AND CALCULATING THE AMOUNT OF ANY SOLAR POWER REBATES OR TAX CREDITS OFFERED BY CITY, STATE OR FEDERAL AUTHORITIES AND UTILITY PROVIDERS.
